Please email us within 48 hours of receipt, along with clear photos of the damage. We assess each report individually.

Is damage covered by warranty?

Damage caused by biting, chewing, pulling, playing, or misuse is not covered by the warranty. This is considered wear and tear and is not a manufacturing defect.

How do you know if it is a production error?

If a WoofID were to break spontaneously, this almost always happens at a knot or attachment.
If the knots are intact and the cord is damaged in several places, this indicates external influence, such as biting or pulling.

My dog only wore it for a short time, can this still happen?

Yes. Damage from biting or chewing can also occur in a short time, sometimes even indoors and under supervision.

Is a WoofID suitable for playing with?

No. A WoofID is a handmade accessory that is meant to be worn, not chewed or played with.

How do I keep my dog from damaging the Woof ID?

Make sure the WoofID fits properly and is worn in such a way that the dog cannot reach it with its mouth.
We recommend gradually introducing dogs to wearing accessories until they no longer pay attention to them.

What if my dog wants to pull or chew on the accessory?

In that case, we recommend temporarily removing the Woof ID to prevent damage. The owner is responsible for supervising the wearer.

Can I have my WoofID replaced or repaired?

We do not offer free replacements for damage due to use. In some cases, we can offer a repair or replacement for a fee. Please contact us for more information.
