2. Security

All transactions are processed encrypted via a secure payment system.

Appa & Tails does not have access to your full payment details nor does it store them.

Payment processing is handled by our external payment providers, who comply with applicable security standards (PCI DSS).

3. Payment and Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email.

If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder first or contact our customer service at info@appaandtails.nl.

Orders will only be processed after the payment has been successfully received or confirmed by the selected payment provider.

4. Pay Later with Klarna

With Klarna, you can choose to receive your order first and pay later.
The approval and processing of Klarna payments are handled entirely by Klarna. Appa & Tails has no influence on the assessment or approval of your application. For questions about outstanding payments or rejections, please contact Klarna directly.

5. Errors or Payment Problems

Should an error occur during the payment process, or if you are unable to complete the payment, please contact us at info@appaandtails.nl.

We are happy to help you re-process the payment or offer an alternative payment method.

6. Currency

All prices on our website are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

For international orders, your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees or currency conversions; these are the responsibility of the buyer.
