Refund policy
Returns & Refunds Policy
We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized products (for example, special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.
14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition as when received: unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

At Appa & Tails, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the conditions below.
1. Returns
The buyer has the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the order, provided that the product:
- is in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and complete);
- is returned in its original packaging;
- is not personalized or custom-made.
Personalized products (for example, items with a name or phone number) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery.
To register a return, the buyer must contact us within the stated period via info@appatails.com, including:
- the order number;
- the reason for return;
- photos of the product, if applicable.
After approval, the buyer will receive further return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Responsibility for ordering the correct size lies entirely with the buyer. Appa & Tails is not liable for incorrect size selection, as we provide a detailed size chart and size calculator on our website.
2. Refunds
A refund will only be issued if:
- the product was received damaged or defective; or
- an incorrect product was delivered.
After review and approval, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
For other returned items that meet the return conditions but are not eligible for a refund, a store credit or a replacement product will be offered.
3. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- personalized or custom-made products;
- items showing signs of use or that are no longer resaleable;
- returns reported more than 14 days after receipt.
4. Damage and Complaints
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, this must be reported within 48 hours after receipt via info@appatails.com, including photos for assessment.
