Tip: Attach the WoofID to a separate cord, not to the collar or harness.
Extra fun: You can match the WoofID with the color of the collar or harness! Don't forget, this is jewelry, not a collar, so the leash should not be attached to it.

How do I know which size to choose?
Simply measure your dog's neck with a flexible measuring tape. Leave one finger of space between the neck and the tape — this way it fits comfortably and safely. 🐕
How long does it take to receive my order?
If you order before 17:00, we will ship it in 1 -2 business days! Then it takes about another 2 to 4 business days before it arrives at your home.
Can I return a collar?
Because each Woof ID is custom made, we cannot accept returns on personalized collars — unless, of course, something went wrong on our end. In that case, feel free to contact us!
