First use
Before putting on the TickID for the first time, rinse the collar thoroughly under lukewarm water for a few minutes to activate the EM beads. Then let it dry completely in the sun — this is an important step to get the beads working at their best.
Once dry, put the collar on your dog. For the best results, have your dog wear the TickID daily. To keep the beads activated, rinse and sun-dry the collar every 10–15 days. Do not use soap or chemicals, as this will affect the effectiveness of the EM beads.

Each TickID is handmade and contains an abundance of EM beads, playful details, and your dog's name. This way, you combine a practical summer essential with a unique look that truly suits your dog.
Please note: TickID is a natural support and not a medical or chemical control agent. Always check your dog regularly for ticks, especially after walks in tall grass, woods, or nature areas.
Washing
TickID can be gently cleaned with lukewarm water. Preferably, do not use harsh soaps, shampoos, or chemical cleaning agents, as this can affect the beads and materials.
After cleaning, pat the collar dry with a soft cloth and then let it air dry completely. Do not put it in the washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher.
For a longer lifespan, we recommend removing TickID during intensive swimming, washing with dog shampoo, or rough play. This will keep the collar looking good and sturdy for longer.

Measure your dog’s neck where you want the TickID to sit. Leave enough room to fit two fingers comfortably between the measuring tape and your dog’s neck for the perfect fit.
TIP: If you don’t have a soft measuring tape, use a piece of string, then measure the string with a ruler.
